 Adobe House Antiques carries a fantastic, rotating collection of tasteful furniture and antiques ranging from beautiful Art Deco coffee tables to 1920s Navajo rugs. I appreciate the mix! Penny, who owns the shop, always has a vast array of knowledge regarding her pieces. I always enjoy speaking with her.  La Cabana is an object/furniture shop that specializes in antiques (typically from the first half of the 20th century) predominantly from various parts of Mexico. Pam, who owns the shop, is so knowledgeable regarding the pieces she stocks and the special provenance they carry. I especially love her selection of ceramics and glassware. I like to do a lot of my holiday shopping there.

Tucson Herb Store Tucson Herb Store is a very special place that a talented herbalist started many years ago. They sell herbs in bulk, along with many hand-made salves, oils, bath products, and more. What I love most is making custom facial steams with the herbs they carry. My go-to is comfrey leaf, calendula, rose, and chamomile. I’ve been doing this for years and it’s really helped my skin. During allergy season I add spearmint or eucalyptus and it works wonders! I love this farmers market, which is open every Thursday. We’ve always taken a more holistic approach to health. I recently worked with [the holistic nutritionist] Daphne [Javitch], who introduced me to a bevy of juice recipes, so now Roberto and I go at it every day.
